Vos principales responsabilités

Relevant de l’équipe des ventes, vous agirez comme un partenaire essentiel en assurant un soutien administratif, opérationnel et organisationnel de haute qualité.

  • Assurer le soutien administratif de l’équipe des ventes : classement de documents, gestion des appels téléphoniques, suivi des courriels et coordination des demandes internes et externes.
  • Saisir et traiter les commandes clients, préparer la documentation requise et veiller à l’exactitude des informations liées aux ventes.
  • Préparer des présentations professionnelles et assurer la logistique des réunions et déplacements (réservation de salles, préparation des salles de réunion, organisation des repas, transport, etc.).
  • Préparer, compiler et assurer le suivi des rapports clients ainsi que des présentations de propositions commerciales.
  • Gérer et traiter les ententes commerciales avec les clients (CDA), en assurant la conformité et le respect des processus internes.
  • Vérifier, auditer et valider les heures travaillées; effectuer les ajustements nécessaires et communiquer toute anomalie aux parties concernées.
  • Préparer et soumettre le dossier de paie bimensuel des employés horaires aux services centralisés de la paie, incluant les vacances, le temps accumulé et les ajustements requis.
  • Coordonner et faciliter les avis de changement relatifs aux employés (embauche, modification de statut, départ, etc.).
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe visant à soutenir l’efficacité et le bon fonctionnement des activités administratives et commerciales.

Exigences du poste

  • Formation postsecondaire en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Expérience pertinente et démontrée à titre d’adjoint(e) administratif(ve), administrateur(trice) de bureau ou dans un rôle similaire.
  • Minimum de 3 à 5 années d’expérience dans un environnement administratif ou de soutien aux ventes.

Process technician provides direct support to the Injection molding department and Sr. process technician. Manufactures close tolerance plastic parts by creating a robust injection molding process, while maintaining a low scrap rate and a high safety standard, equipment, and all quality documentation. Assist mold setters to ensure all required tooling is set up and process per documentation. Inspects product actual dimensions per drawings. Ensure production run consistently and meets all critical dimensions and cosmetic criteria per sample lot size. Maintains 5S workspace organize before, during, and after each scheduled shift.

Enter all required job information into the system. Identifies product defect, compiles data on all processing parameters and directs the training of new employees. Evaluate tooling and provide improvement suggestions to supervisor and Sr. Process Technician.
Improve mold set up time and cycle time.

The CNC Machinist III - Plastics Machining Specialist is a senior-level machinist responsible for advanced machining, program optimization, and production support for precision components manufactured from high-performance plastics including PTFE, PFA, PVDF, and PP.
This role focuses on CNC lathe and mill program improvements, precision rework of plastic parts, tooling management, and the design and fabrication of jigs and fixtures specifically optimized for machining engineered polymers. The machinist ensures machining processes account for material deformation, thermal expansion, and surface finish requirements typical of fluoropolymers and thermoplastics.
The CNC Machinist III collaborates closely with CNC Machinists Level I and II and Machine Shop Leads to troubleshoot machining issues, improve cycle times, maintain tooling systems, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the machine shop.

Machine Operator

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

The primary function of the Machine Operator is to provide productive and efficient operations in the assigned department which may include the Knit/Coat/Glue, and Laid Scrim production lines.

Safe operation of various machinery including but not limited to: forklift, mandrel puller,
overhead crane, manual hand jack, and electric pallet jack.
- Ability to operate designated machinery, and maintain material refills to ensure continuous production.
- Perform accurate standard and metric measurements and understand standard to metric conversions. Ability to read, understand and execute all customer order specifications.
- Ability to possess a thorough understanding of machine operation and inherent machine complexities. Operators in the Converting department are also responsible for accurate set-up and adjustments of machinery.

-Able to recognize quality defects in all product rolls and make appropriate corrective splices.
- Responsible for observing safety precautions at all times. Must work in a manner that is safe while continuously ensuring quality, production and performance expectations are met.
-Responsible for performing SMATs and/or TFs and be an active participant in all other facility audit, manufacturing and efficiency programs. This includes WCM involvement in projects and/or meetings, as required. Incumbents are responsible for ensuring 5S standards are met and maintained.

The incumbent is required to have a High School Diploma or GED. The candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of work-related experience in a manufacturing environment.

This position is concerned with a variety of areas in our Manufacturing facility.

Must be able to work unsupervised, efficiently and safely.

Ability to learn, and perform all duties required of the position.

Demonstrated ability of cooperation, leadership and willingness to assist fellow employees in a team-based work environment.

The incumbent works closely with the Department Supervisor and production team members.

Analytical and problem solving skills, mechanical aptitude and effective communication skills are a necessity.

Computer experience with the use of computer, keyboard and mouse is preferred.

Must be detail oriented to accurately record material and inventory related data.

Practical experience with measuring tools, and hand tools including but not limited: tape measure, hammer, pry bar, utility knife, scissors, etc. is required.

Hours: 5PM-5AM

Training: Monday through Friday 7AM-3:30PM for a few weeks before going to shift.

Additional Pay Incentives for This Role Include:
Shift Differentials of $.55/ hr Monday-Friday nights and $1.20/hr for Saturday and Sunday;
Standard Overtime (Hourly Rate * 1.5)

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
 
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. Efficient and willingness to perform required work with good attendance and attitude. Understand SOP's relating to the department activities. Good analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills. Must be a team player. Effective communication skills essential - both written and verbal. Must be able to properly fill out time reporting and work order documentation.
 
Operate compounding machines to produce products which conform to part print. Assure products meet all quality specifications and are made according to the latest procedures and standards. Set up compounding equipment to produce parts to specification.
 
Make batches of resins using detailed formulations and mix sheets, this would also include preblending of materials.
Accurately fills ribbon blender/drum tumbler with ingredients and amounts indicated on preblend formulation sheets.
Perform start-up and shutdown, and maintenance of 40mm/60mm compounder line, Banbury Ribbon Blender, and Water System.
Weigh, package and label finished product according to work order specifications
Perform production maintenance on compounder, pellitizer, dryer, and water system.
Disassemble compounder for screen changes and screen cleaning.
Troubleshoot equipment problems.
Operate and maintain associated equipment as required for production of compound.
Sample compound and mold ASTM slabs for each work order as specified.
Inspect the product for visual defects and initiate corrective actions as required.
Enter data in CMPC Program.
Assist in training other employees performing similar tasks on the proper techniques and procedures in order to produce defect free parts.
Communicate with the other shifts, if applicable, the status of parts, equipment and any other matters that night have an impact on their job.
Meet Productivity standards on a consistent basis. Escalate issues to management that will affect productivity.
Purge machines during the changeover process to ensure the machine is ready for the next cycle.
Suggest work instruction corrections/recommendations to help foster an environment of continuous improvement


​PHYSICAL DEMANDS
 
Requires walking, primarily on a level surface throughout the day. May need to climb stairs/steps periodically. May need to stoop or kneel and reach above shoulder heights, below the waist. Lifting as required with proper lifting techniques up to 50 pounds on occasion.
 
WORKING CONDITIONS
 
This position is in a clean room environment where the use of personal protective equipment such as hearing protection, safety glasses, and safety shoes are mandated. Noise levels and temperatures may vary due to areas accessed. There is some exposure to dust, fumes, and chemicals such as alcohol.

 8 Hour Shifts: Sunday-Thursday
 3rd Shift - 10pm-6:30am

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the local pay range for this position, which is $24.73 per hour. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location/geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 5%-10% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate and Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week * 52wks)) for this position, is approximately $52,000.00. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
