One way we do this is Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which are designed to help all employees reach their full potential. By helping foster an inclusive environment in which all feel welcome and supported, these groups:
- improve new employee orientation
- create business and functional networks across the company
- support employee recruitment and retention
In addition, our ERGs support and sponsor specific initiatives in the areas of mentoring, professional development and community enrichment.
All Saint-Gobain ERGs are open to any employee who wishes to join.
