Pierre-André de Chalendar to Become Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

At its meeting of February 25, 2010, the Board of Directors of Saint-Gobain unanimously decided to recommend to the Annual General Meeting on June 3, 2010 the renewal of the term of office as director of Pierre-André de Chalendar, which expires at this date. Pierre-André de Chalendar is currently the Group's Chief Executive Officer.
