Position Summary:

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for selling products through the achievement of opportunity-based sales. The Outside Sales Representative will reach his or her business targets through effective management of designated territories and physical visits to customer sites. Maintenance Supervisor II

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

The Maintenance Supervisor II plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant equipment, facilities, and utilities. This position is essential to maintaining uninterrupted manufacturing operations by leading skilled maintenance employees, driving preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with all environmental, health, safety, and company standards.

The role serves as a key link between maintenance strategy and day‑to‑day execution, directly impacting equipment reliability, employee safety, productivity, and overall plant performance. This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily work of hourly skilled maintenance employees across multiple shifts, including planned, unplanned, and emergency repairs.

  • Organizes and prioritizes preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Works closely with maintenance leadership to contribute to the development, implementation, and tracking of preventive maintenance systems, standard work, and equipment performance records.
  • Sets clear expectations, provides coaching and development, evaluates performance, and enforces plant rules consistently and equitably.
  • Supports hiring, training, and disciplinary processes while fostering positive employee relations and accountability within the maintenance team.
  • Ensures maintenance employees are properly trained and qualified before working on manufacturing equipment, in accordance with standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Leads shift safety meetings, investigates EHS incidents and near misses, participates in audits, and ensures all maintenance activities comply with environmental, health, safety, legal, and company requirements.
  • Supports waste management and recycling responsibilities and contributes to job safety assessments and root cause investigations to implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • Supports operational excellence by participating in root‑cause analysis of equipment failures, maintaining workplace organization and 5S standards, and ensuring accurate timekeeping and payroll approvals in accordance with site policies and collective bargaining agreements. 

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

  • Technical diploma in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline (preferred)
  • 5–7 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience leading skilled maintenance teams across multiple shifts
  • Strong working knowledge of preventive maintenance (PM) systems and maintenance tracking tools
  • Experience organizing and prioritizing planned, unplanned, and emergency maintenance activities
  • General understanding of ISO methodologies (ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001)
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, and Six Sigma principles preferred

  • Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and maintenance or timekeeping systems (UKG, SAP preferred)
  • Experience communicating expectations, evaluating performance, and administering discipline consistently and fairly
  • Ability to lead small‑ to medium‑sized teams in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments

  • Ability to perform root‑cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions

The national pay range for this position is $81,500 to $126,500 per year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, and job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary, based on company and individual performance measures.The total target cash range (base pay plus annual bonus) for this position is $89,650 to $139,150.

Production Operator

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

This is a weekend position, working 3, 12 hour shifts, Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday night starting at 10:30pm.

The PC1 Gland Cell Operator safely produces quality products per documented procedures. In addition, assist engineering and quality in day-to-day operations of gland molding machines including quality issues, plate cleaning, preventative mold maintenance, and press cleaning at work order changes. Position will be cross-trained with the “Part Quality Focus” and must be able to effectively communicate to operators and technical personnel.

Responsibilities:
Safe and efficient operation of molding equipment by accurately following documented procedures while keeping the area clean and up to 5S standards
Effectively communicate problems to QC and other technical resources to ensure quality parts are made
Follow good documentation practices including filling out forms for product traceability
Accurate recording of documentation
Clean molds and presses
Remove and set-up gland tools in press

Qualifications and Physical Demands:

Strong team player

Production Bonding Operator

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

The Production Bonding Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient operation of production Bonding and Cap Assembly machinery to produce quality products within specifications and according to customer requirements. 

This Operator has mastered the skills to run both manual and automated Bonding equipment and processes including, but not limited to welding, punch, glue and white room procedures.  He/she is considered an expert resource on these processes and will actively participate in area WCM and 5S projects and be a training resource as needed.

Essential Functions

  • Expertly operate all bonding machines and processes, including manual and automated welding, press fit, glue, and clean room equipment, in accordance with manufacturing instructions, customer specifications, and quality and safety guidelines (60%)
  • Accurately complete all required quality, inventory, and manufacturing documentation
  • Ensure smooth shift handoffs by clearly communicating instructions, issues, and problems using current WCM standards
  • Perform basic in‑process quality inspections following established quality procedures and guidelines (10%)
  • Serve as a training resource for new and entry‑level operators as needed (10%)
  • Support and comply with all SG PONY EHS and 5S program requirements (10%)

The Maintenance and Facilities Engineer is responsible for planning and performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, preventative maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, and machine optimization for all site equipment, processes, and facilities. This role develops and executes maintenance programs, manages technical projects, maintains vendor relationships, and provides hands-on support to Facilities and EHS Technician. The Engineer ensures a safe and compliant work environment, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and maintains accurate records to drive operational excellence and meet customer expectations.

The Facilities Engineer will proactively work to implement a safe work environment that complies with the site specific and corporate safety goals. Exhibit good environmental practices and procedures consistent with job(s) performed and EMS (Environmental Management System) requirements. Strict adherence to Corporate and/or local policies, rules, and regulations in these areas is required. A commitment to carrying out the Company’s Policies is required.

  • Develops and maintains an effective preventative and routine maintenance program for all production equipment and support systems in such a manner as to achieve business and department end results. Works with production and maintenance personnel to identify preventative maintenance activities necessary to support operations.
  • Maintains electronic records of all plant and individual equipment performance. Ensures documented work instructions, maintenance procedures and SOPs are developed and maintained.
  • Manages facilities services required for daily operations, including utilities and contractors, both internal and external stakeholders to ensure stable, reliable operations. Ensures Contractor Management Program is followed, maintained and documented.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, conduct Root Cause Analysis, and implement sustainable solutions to reduce downtime and improve reliability. Hands on performance of repair and maintenance activity for equipment in conjunction with the maintenance and EHS technician.
  • Supervise and lead maintenance personnel including scheduling overtime, training and reviewing performance. Supports technical training and development and ensures adequate training received prior to working on manufacturing equipment. Provides coaching where needed.
  • Stakeholder in capital expense projects to ensure compliance with all SG standards as well as regulatory requirements and compatibility to current or future infrastructure requirements.
  • Executing project plan (task) by managing all day to day aspects of the projects working with the site supervisors, sub-contractors and vendors to coordinate and maintain safety, schedule, cost and project quality. Collaborate and frequently communicate with the local site team to provide current project status.

 

 

 

 

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

  • Bachelor Degree in engineering. (Relevant experience and alternative technical education in lieu of a degree may be considered)
  • 3+ years experience performing maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment
  • 3+ years’ experience with preventative, routine, and unplanned maintenance of manufacturing equipment
  • 1+ years’ of supervisory experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitudes, and a working knowledge of air handling, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and understand complex electrical, mechanical and automation systems.
  • Excellent communication skills written and oral and analytical skills. Good interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience, with ability to design, manage, and implement projects of a technical nature. Able to keep track of multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in use of MS Office (Outlook, teams, excel, PowerPoint) – high level knowledge of computer systems/programs especially in areas of preventive maintenance solutions/tracking.
