Production Associate

💲 Starting Pay: $21.20/hour + Quarterly Bonus Eligibility
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies, SOPs, and company procedures.
• Operate in feeding, stacking, and offloading production positions.
• Monitor production equipment and maintain production rates.
• Set up equipment according to established standards.
• Inspect products to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Identify and resolve production issues using continuous improvement methods.
• Complete production documentation and required metrics.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.
