What’s the job?

Shift: 2:00PM-10:00PM, 10:00PM-6:00AM

Hourly Rate: $27.45 an hour. Night shift differential: .28 cents per hour

Job duties:

  • Obtain the knowledge to perform essential operational functions Perform routine maintenance
  • Start-up operations
  • Shut-down procedures
  • Perform daily activities needed to support and comply with requirements surrounding plant activities
  • Perform routine maintenance on all equipment
  • Forklift & skid steer operations and responsibilities
  • Complete work orders (PERSONAS / SAP) as well as follow 5S protocol
  • Housekeeping duties
  • Follow all safety precautions while performing tasks at all times
  • All areas are to be clean and clear of any debris before/after maintenance days and holidays
  • Gensuite/Forms participation – conduct required SMAT Audits in accordance with plant goals and objectives
  • Report all EH&S incidents – Injuries/Recordables, Near Misses, First Aid, Environmental and Property/Equipment Damage
  • Ensure adherence to Waste Management and Recycling responsibilities
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience required
  • Welding skills preferred
  • Communication skills
  • Computer skills
  • Commitment to safety
  • Mechanical aptitude/Troubleshooting skills
  • SAP experience preferred
