WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
Injection Molding Material Handler - 1st Shift 5:00am - 1:30pm plus Overtime, $21.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE.
The Material Handler is responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted flow of raw materials, colorants, purging compounds and packaging throughout the injection molding production process. This role supports production by delivering the right materials to molding machines, maintaining accurate inventory, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring work areas remain organized, clean, and safe. The Material Handler works closely with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure production schedules are met while supporting the company's objectives of No One Gets Hurt, Zero Defects to the Customer, and 100% Schedule Attainment.
This position requires attention to detail, the ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards and efficient manufacturing operations.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the local pay range for this position, which is $21.00 to $28.00 per hour. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/a quarterly bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 10% of the hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs./week * 52wks)) for this position is $43,680 to $64,064. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and, by nature, can vary based on company and individual performance and are not a guarantee.
