Injection Molding Tooling Maintenance Technician - 2nd shift M-F 1:00pm - 9:30pm $28.00 - $38.00 per hour, plus $1.00 shift differential. Plus Overtime and Quarterly Bonus's paid.
The tooling maintenance technician assists in the commissioning, planned maintenance, and repairs of injection molding tools. This individual will be working with cross-functional teams and bridging gaps between production, and maintenance operations. Help lead the maintenance, repair and modification of molds for plastic injection. Responsible for the correct disassembly and assembly of molds in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
High School degree or GED (Preferred)
1-5+ years Injection Molding/Plastic manufacturing experience. (required)
1-3+ years Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and CAD files.
1-3+ year Injection molding design and fabrication

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $28.00 to $38.00 per hour, plus $1.00 2nd shift differential ($58,240 to $79,040 annually) however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an quarterly bonus. The targeted bonus amount is up to 7.5% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $58,240 to $86,944. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
