IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

The primary role is to perform routine set up and maintenance on various types of production equipment. Works closely with production manager, supervisors and engineering to achieve maximizing OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) through efficiency, scrap reduction and striving for improvements through employee engagement. Responsible for partnering engineering to ensure equipment is operating safely, efficiently and continuously improving, as well as responsible for the automation, set-up, and maintenance of equipment.

Requirements

HS Diploma / GED
Prior experience in maintenance in a manufacturing setting
Prior experience in electrical, machinery installation, troubleshooting, etc.
Ability to be organized, detail orientated and able to work with engineers and other staff.
Self starter attitude
