We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working across a matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge in hazard communication and product compliance, along with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business guidance.
· Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Toxicology, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Biology, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
· 3+ years of experience in hazard communication, SDS authoring and management, product stewardship, regulatory compliance, EHS, risk management, or sustainability.
· Experience authoring SDS and product labels, including hands-on experience with GHS classification and SDS authoring software; 3E experience is strongly preferred.
· Working knowledge of OSHA HazCom, WHMIS, EU CLP, TSCA, REACH/RoHS, Proposition 65, Conflict Minerals, and related chemical or product regulations.
· Strong technical writing, documentation, analytical, and presentation skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
· Master's degree in a related technical field is a plus.
· Travel may be required up to 15% for meetings, training, and plant visits.

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $92,000 to $142,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $103,040 to $159,040. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
