What's the job?

The Digital Experience Manager owns the optimization and performance of digital experiences across the enterprise digital ecosystem, driving improvements to usability, engagement, and operational efficiency.

This role leads cross-functional efforts across business, UX, content, and technology teams to define, implement, and continuously improve digital experiences, ensuring alignment to business objectives and customer needs. The role establishes and evolves experience standards and drives measurable impact across platforms and touchpoints.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of digital experience initiatives across websites, platforms, and customer-facing touchpoints
  • Lead identification and prioritization of user journey gaps, friction points, and experience inconsistencies
  • Own development and evolution of customer and internal user journey maps to inform experience strategy and improvements
  • Define, evolve, and enforce UX, content, and governance standards across digital platforms
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams (product, marketing, UX, IT) to deliver aligned digital experience enhancements
  • Own prioritization frameworks for experience improvements based on business value, user impact, and performance data
  • Establish and maintain experience standards for navigation, workflows, roles/permissions, and content structure across platforms
  • Lead testing strategy and oversee validation and rollout of digital experience improvements
  • Leverage analytics, user feedback, and testing insights to identify and drive optimization opportunities
  • Own digital experience KPIs (engagement, usability, conversion, efficiency) and deliver measurable improvements against targets
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance discoverability, usability, and consistency across digital platforms
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure integration with enterprise platforms, tools, and processes
  • Own development and governance of documentation for experience standards, workflows, and best practices

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Experience, Information Systems, or related field
  • 7 – 10+ years of experience in digital experience, digital marketing, UX, or related roles
  • Experience leading digital experience initiatives across CMS, PIM, DAM, CRM, and analytics platforms
  • Strong expertise in user journey mapping, UX principles, and digital content architecture
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in digital performance and user experience
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority
