As the importance of green building continues to grow, two Pennsylvania-based companies are working together to help increase awareness and build more environmentally friendly homes. Sustainable Solutions Corporation (SSC), of Royersford, Pa., and CertainTeed Corporation, of Valley Forge, Pa., most recently collaborated on a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®)-certified home in the Philadelphia area. The home, located in Limerick, is the first LEED Platinum single-family home in the state.
