Join our team as the Operations Support Coordinator!
Are you ready to be part of a fast-paced, energetic team where every day brings something
new? As the Operations Support Coordinator you will support the distribution center by handling
Operations data needs; vendor scheduling for of equipment & facility; inventory and order
management of DC packaging; organizes employee events and assists with other duties as
needed. This position requires high attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to
multitask in a fast-paced environment.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

Assembles Safety, Service, Labor, and Quality reports for Operations using Microsoft Office tools
Schedule Vendor visits to maintain Forklifts, Knuting carts, Conveyors systems, Packaging
equipment, facility work, shrink wrappers, sprinkler systems, HVAC
Manages all packaging inventories in the building, including: Cardboard, pallets, labels, paper,
shrink-wrap, strapping, etc.⋯
Assist in maintaining documentation for PIT equipment certifications
Orders all packaging materials for the facility: Cardboard, pallets, labels, paper, shrink-wrap, strapping, etc⋯
Develops, manages, and trains to 5S initatives within the site
Process vendor purchase order requisitions
Orders all office supplies for the building using our Ariba system
Process invoices to pay vendors
Prepare new hire materials for orientation
Prepare for site visitors by:
Arranging meeting rooms
Agendas
Gathering supplies
Ordering meals
Organizes Employee functions: Town Halls, Holiday Luncheon, etc⋯

Essential Functions:
High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
Associates Degree in Business Administration - preferred
Must be able to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects and set priorities
Meticulous verbal and written communication skills
Lead by example while working with a diverse workforce
Strong customer service skills to work with all levels of the organization, including external contacts
