| Saint-Gobain and CertainTeed have embarked on an exciting three-year partnership to support YouthBuild USA and its Green Initiative. YouthBuild USA is an amazing non-profit organization that helps out-of-work and
out-of-school youth transform their lives by working towards their high school diplomas and learning green construction skills while also transforming their communities by building affordable and sustainable housing for low-income families in their communities. We see in YouthBuild an impressive combination of education, leadership development, community, construction, and sustainability – all things that matter greatly to us. Through our partnership we are donating $550,000, but it doesn't end there. In addition, the partnership includes our commitment to provide energy-efficient products, building science and technical expertise and employee volunteer support to YouthBuild's green home renovation projects in four communities where Saint-Gobain has business concentrations – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Akron, Ohio; Schenectady, New York; and Worcester, Massachusetts.
