Our Employee Resource Groups help to foster an open and supportive work environment. |
Employee Resource Groups
In 2003, a group of senior women within Saint-Gobain got together to discuss how they could help to develop the careers of all women within the organization. The Women's Network was born.
Today, the network is a thriving grassroots organization making a real difference to diversity and inclusion within the organization. It is also acting as a role model for other Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), such as the New Professionals Network.
Employee Resource Groups such as the Women's Network and New Professionals Network:
. help employees reach their full potential
. provide mutual support to members
. create an atmosphere of inclusion
. support employee recruitment and retention
. create business and functional networks across the company
. improve new employee orientation
In addition, our ERGs support and sponsor specific initiatives in the areas of mentoring, professional development and community enrichment.
All Saint-Gobain ERGs are open to any employee who wishes to join.
